RIP Beverly Garland

Post by SonjaMarie » Sun December 7th, 2008, 5:29 am

You may not recognize her name, but I'm sure many of you have seen her, well those of you who watch TV. I remember her from playing mothers on two of my favourite 80s shows, Laura's mother on "Remington Steele" and in a bigger role, Amanda King's mother on "Scarecrow and Mrs. King". For older members she was also on "My Three Sons". She was 82.

Oh that is too sad. I loved My Three Sons, I seem to recall she was a pretty good stepmom in that one.

I used to love that show! Fred McMurray and the boys! Great show.
