Re: Vikings

A heads-up about Justin Hill's latest novel, "Viking Fire", due out this September. It's the story of Harald Hardrada. In theory this is a follow-up to "Shieldwall", the first in Hill's trilogy set around the Norman Conquest of England. Not quite sure exactly how it fits in, though clearly Hardrada's final venture- an ill-fated attempt to take over the kingdom of England- played a significant part in the defeat of the English king, Harold Godwinsson, by the Normans. Will be interested to read this - thoroughly enjoyed 'Shieldwall".
