The movie has two parallel story lines where Paltrow plays a young woman whose life takes two very different paths based on whether she catches a train or not. Intriguing.

I saw it years ago, not a fave of mine, but I do like Gwyneth a lot, and of late she's been guesting on "Glee", in a great role, and she's such a good singer.

We'll be getting "The Avengers" DVD soon, though she's not in it a lot. Next "Iron Man" out in May unless date changes.

Blackadder- Back and Forth (damn that was funny!)
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

That's on my list. I'm taking a break first though because my husband is kind of sick of Blackadder.

I'm not. My husband doesn't care for that type of humor. But I don't understand why he thinks Billy Madison is funny either so it balances. ;)

Have turned my attention to some tv programming I have missed out on. Just finished season one of AMC's Hell on Wheels and am loving it. Should appeal to fans of Deadwood or those who enjoy a good Western. This takes place just after the Civil War and focuses on the building of the Transcontinental Railroad.

The series has a great soundtrack. Here's just one of several fan-made videos out there on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRty1iGauKM&feature=player_detailpage

Have been enjoying "Lie To Me" on Netflix lately. It's a bit fantastical, but I kind of enjoy that sort of show - and Tim Roth is engaging, watching him and Jennifer Beals is great, and I like Kelli Williams as well.

I watched Homeland and enjoyed it but did feel it strained credibility a bit. The actors are great and deserve their Emmy's and I will watch the second season.

Looking forward to watching 'Revenge' when it is released next week and ofcourse 'Downtown S3' when it's released in November on Amazon.

Bec :) PS Also Merlin S 5 when it's released.
