This is cool, I have to get to work now and stop playing with it so I'm not sure if it's nationwide or not. Armchair travel? Anything with the blue outline you can zoom in and then drag the picture for a 180 viewpoint.

Interest in HF: I love history, but it's boring in school. Historical fiction brings it alive for me.

Yep I've used it several times. If you put in your home address, you can see your house. We looked at our house the other night and saw my dad's mini-van in the photo, which he no longer has. I think he got his new Kia at the beginning of the year. Still, it's cool.

No, go check it now they've got this close in street view camera thing going on. I've just been over to San Francisco and Cambria and you click on the blue lines and you can do a 180 view of the scenery. This is going to be major time suck though :p
