Ok that dog is kinda creepy looking! But with Obama's big ears he won't feel out of place! ;)

[quote=""annis""]Latest episode in the presidential pup saga- Peru has offered a Peruvian Hairless Dog, an ancient breed witha rather unusaul appearance - love the Dumbo ears!

Annis you always come up with the most interesting stuff, although that is definitely not the dog for me.

Aww, it's cute in an ugly sort of way! There's also a Mexican breed that's hairless. They had two last year at the local animal pound that I saw. They were big dogs, about the size of my Pitbull/Shepherd mix dog. Very different looking, that's for sure.

If that dog doesn't have great hearing, I'd be shocked. He is rather cute, I think. And that hairlessness would be nice for the humid summers of DC.

The Obama's finally have their puppy. Senator Ted Kennedy have given them a 6 month old Portugeuse Water Dog named Bo. He's not living at the White House yet, cause he needs some training:

I'm not a dog person, but I'd take this pup home any day. What a cute face!

Thank God the pressing issue of the dog is taken care of. Perhaps now the media can look at more important issues.
