Hello All! I am very excited to have found this forum. I love historical fiction and look forward to all the new books to discover on this site. I am currently a part-time librarian and mommy to a 2 year old girl. I studied history in college, I started out focused on Tudor -Stewart studies and ended up focusing more on modern military history.
My absolute must-read series is the Morland Dynasty by Cynthia Harrod -Eagles, I have to say I am really surprised not to see more mention of it here!!!!

Welcome! Feel free to start a thread on Harrod-Eagles. I think I have one of her Morland books.

Hi and welcome!
I have thought about reading that series more than once, but in a way I am a little loathe to start it, because I know that I will have to keep reading, and there are so many books!
Look forward to seeing you around the boards!

- Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
- Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
- Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
