Interest in HF: The first historical novel I read was Katherine by Anya Seton and this sparked off my interest in this genre.
Favourite HF book: Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell!

I've just read The Volcano Lover by Susan Sontag which is a fictional story based on the menage a trois between Lord and Lady Hamilton and Lord Nelson. Gosh, it was a challenging read!!!!! Very slow, it was interesting in parts but dragged in others. I think I need an award for finishing it. LOL.
