I take along my MP3 player and sort out songs for my novel soundtracks as a rule and that does pass the time, but it would be good to have a novel on the go for the treadmill and the sit-back exercise bike.

I really like the flipklip. It's not perfect - doesn't work well with mass market PB or any book that doesn't lay flat well - but any well worn library book works great. Hands free and page turning is a breeze. I'd have an awful hard time on the treadmil without it now.

I have my MP3 in the gym, I cant focus my eyes to a book when I am on the equipment! Our gym has the tv's that you tune your radio into and listen through your headphones, if tv is boring then I listen to my tunes!
A good book and a good coffee, what more can anyone want? xx
