5th series will be the last. Not sure when Series 4 starts in the Uk, should be soon as the publicity machine seems to be cranking up, with interviews with cast members beginning to appear. It will cover the rest of book 6 and all of book 7.

I've been thoroughly enjoying this. Really like Eleanor Tomlinson as Demelza. I feel like I may have missed a season - but maybe not. I'm glad to know filming is underway on a new season now.
Browse over 5000 historical novel listings (probably well over 5000 by now, but I haven't re-counted lately) and over 700 reviews at www.HistoricalNovels.info

Usually Episodes 1 and 2 are combined for the premiere here in the US.

Series 4 finished last night, and ended the same way as the book does (The Angry Tide), I think this was a very strong series, although it did feel a bit rushed at times (especially the Monk Adderley storyline, which galloped along!) but that's usually the problem with page to screen adaptations.
