Well, I've been taking a graduate course--done--and getting set up in my new home, new job, etc....I've been out of the loop and dealing with some stuff around here.

But I'm back now, and glad to see so many old friends here--and a swath of new ones!

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
