There are so many WOW moments in the book, I'm glad they're doing them in the show as well.

Do you think this series will end on a big cliffhanger?

Not sure. Red Wedding certainly will be major, but
so I suspect that will be the last show.

I think most of the events happen in SOS and that is probably why I found Feast for Crows hard going. And there were no Tyrion chapters. Even ADWD was not so WOW as Swords.......I think the producers will incorporate the last 1/3 of the book with the entire Feast for Crows for the 4th season of Game of Thrones.

But GRRM better get his skates on...but then again I think the TV show will have a different ending than the book.

As for the ending of this season:

SPOILER
The last part of the book will be in Season 4 IMHO.

I think you're probably right Bec - the 9th ep is called
which I think is fairly self-explanatory to those who've read the book. I think they might also put the
in the last ep (if they don't do it before obviously!)

Watched this week's ep last night and thought it was wonderful - best scenes were Jaime's confession, and the scene with Tywin, Tyrion and Cersei - thought Charles Dance was brilliant, he seems to be relishing playing that part.

Think next week's ep will be
and

Loving Series 3- how come Game of Thrones episodes are so much shorter than 1hr episodes from pretty much any other series, lol!

They're all short - I remember once timing an ep of 24 and it clocked in at 47 minutes.

I agree it seems to be a pattern with the Starks, they're a bit blinkered when it comes to big decisions, and don't learn from their mistakes.

Warning! Do NOT get on any of the online sites for the show until after you watch tonights episode! Apparently there has been a leak and many people watched the show early, and have been posting details everywhere. Just saying - in case you don't like spoilers.

That being said, this episode was awesome!!!

Oh Yes of-course I forgot about the....
I think they should've started the show with at least an hour and half episode with a 2 hour finale. There is still so much to fill in and it is still NOT the full book.

Spoiler
Yes, I love Charles Dance as Tywin and he does an amazing job! But the scene with Cersei smirking at Tyrion.....If only Tywin had a sense of humour he would've had the last laugh :p

Bec :) And in a few hours it's on again....YAY!

Bec, the producers said at the beginning of the season that they weren't going to be able to do the whole book. They are just going with half, plus some parts of Counting Crows. Three more episodes - wonder if they are going to try to do all three weddings?
