Anyone seen yesterday's episode? What is the deal with Nancy?
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

I have it on DVR. I'm not sure when I will watch it as I am catching up with Wolf Hall.

Guess I'm at bat...
I watched the finale and a lot was packed in.

-Lord Loxley was furious to see Lady Mae's forthcoming wedding in the society pages so that was ammo for him at the board meeting.
-Nancy was revealed for who she really was, leaving more than enough damage done.
-Gordon and Grace: should be interesting to see how this pans out.
-Roger Grove and Josie Mardle got a happy ending.
-Victor and George still friends.
and finally, as Harry takes on HM King Carol II of Romania at the gaming table, two sisters are there...

This is just some of what happened, enough material to lead into 4th season.

If you haven't read it, the biography Shopping, Seduction, and Mr. Selfridge by Lindy Woodhead provides the historical basis of the show.

Dolly Sisters

Speaking of the Dolly Sisters, the 1945 (?) film of that title with Betty Grable and June Haver was a sanitized version of their lives.

Mr S finished here a couple of weeks ago, and I think the final series was a bit patchy at first, the whole Dolly Sisters thing dragged on a bi too long for my liking, and they were just irritating for most of the time. Once they're out of the way it picked up a bit - but beware, you'll need tissues a few times..... that's all I'm saying.
