Jack Low, a Scottish writer with the published works of "The Whale Road, The Wolf Sea" is planning the release of his third book in March 2009 UK called "The White Raven"....The Viking Age a romp of a tale of Orm, the Oath Sworn and his Viking comrades.....Check out his very interesting website...[url]www.robertlowe.com. He is also a Viking reenactor and former journalist....His very Scottish Blog is a hoot to read

I didn't know this writer was Scottish, his Scottish blog is great indeed.
I'm going to check it out some more.

Have you seen the pictures of him wearing his baggy breeches- the very height of Viking chic! What Orm calls his "fat breeks". That picture was in the 2007 posts, i think. He's very much into the re-enactment scene.

Love those Oathsworn books, I'm looking forward to the last one in the trilogy.

Hi Annis....He seems like very likeable and charming man...and knows his Viking lore...Somewhere in his blog he mentions a fourth and final book in Oathsworn books...And new Viking tales on the horizon....Love his Scottish brogue.....listening to some live CSN&Y....P.S. Those Baggy Breeches quite a hoot

My apologies....Odd I picked it off his site...been easier if I told you to Google him....Yes...As you read his Blog he quite charming, friendly and very knowledgeable about his passion...The Vikings....Cheers
