I enjoyed it, again it whizzed through loads of plotlines but there were some great one-liners - mainly from Dame Maggie - and the clothes were fab.
I watched the first episode of Season 3 last night - one and a half hours of it! Wonderful stuff as ever. Dame Maggie Smith and Shirley MacLaine are a hoot together.
Oh WOW! I thought Series 3 wouldn't be airing until next year. I shall be keeping an eye on Amazon U.K for the DVD.

Right now I am watching Damages Season 4. It's alright, what spoils it is one expression only Rose Byrne who plays Ellen Parsons-Glenn close steals the show and rightly so.

Still waiting for the last 2 series of Damages to be shown in the UK, I don't think even the satellite/cable channels have picked it up. GC was brilliant.

I don't know what's up with the makers of Damages or TV channels. It took forever till they finally released Season 4 and I immediately bought it. Now I believe Season 5 is airing, but I will wait and buy the DVD's of the show. I prefer to buy the DVD's because the storylines are so complex and I watch 2 episodes each night. If I had to wait a week for the next episode I'd forget what happened in the last episode.

I enjoyed season 4 (despite Rose Byrnes:rolleyes :) and yes without GC there would be NO Damages.

Agreed, and I think I'll stay outta this thread just in case there are spoilers. ;)

Hopefully though it doesnt get too sappy and predictable like the last one. Ick.

Well there was a bit of a twist this week! And I have to say I could strangle Matthew, the guy is so wet he's becoming an irritant.

Spotted this on another blog--Julian Fellowes is planning a prequel to "Downton Abbey" about a younger Lord and Lady Grantham.
