Dracula

Post by Madeleine » Wed July 25th, 2012, 10:22 am

Just read that NBC will be making a new version of Dracula, with Jonathan Rhys Meyers as the Count - I always thought he'd make a good vampire. Apparently they hope to bring a "Tudors" sensibility to the story, oh gawd! ;) But it will be set in Victorian times.

I've read that Russell Crowe will be Dracula in a movie called "Harker", I just can't really see him as Dracula, hmm!

No I can't see it either. Looking forward to hearing him sing in Les Mis though.

He has a good voice, but he's no Hugh!

I recently watched the last Les Mis anniversary special and the actress who sang Eponine is playing the role in the movie.

They recently filmed some scenes from Les Mis in the streets around Winchester College. Turning the place into C19th Paris seemed to involve covering the everything with mud!
