Post by SonjaMarie » Wed February 29th, 2012, 6:48 pm

Davy Jones of the "Monkees" died today of a heart attack at 66, he was always my fave of the group, and the cutest, may he rest in peace!

Crikey, now I really feel old! I loved The Monkees when I was a teenager, and had a real crush on Michael Nesmith :)

Gosh and I was just recently watching a programme about British musicals and the stage version of Oliver. Davy Jones was an early Artful Dodger.
