List of HNS chapters in the UK

Post by erechwydd » Mon February 20th, 2012, 5:22 pm

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if there's a list of UK HNS chapters about anywhere? I'd be especially interested to know if there was a chapter in the Bristol area, but a general list would be nice, and I can't seem to find one out there.

Thanks. :)

Beth

I don't know of one, but you might ask in the HNS Yahoo group or on Facebook:

I haven't heard of a UK one apart from our London one (see my signature).

There was talk of setting up in the north of the country but I've not heard
anything further.

I did think when I asked that had any existed they'd have been easier to find, but it seemed worth checking just to make sure. Boswellbaxter and Sweetpotatoboy, thanks both for your replies. :)

Beth, I hope you're considering coming to our conference in London at the end of September. Would be a good opportunity of seeing who else lives in that part of the world and might be interested in forming a local chapter.

Come to think of it, the conference in general is a great opportunity to facilitate the establishment of more chapters by putting everyone in touch with people in their broad areas.

I'd love to come to the conference (have been nosing around the site quite a bit lately), but unfortunately lack of funds means it's just not an option at the moment. But using the conference as an opportunity to put people local to each other in contact sounds like a really excellent idea, and I look forward to seeing what comes of it if it goes ahead. :)
