Interest in HF: The first historical novel I read was Katherine by Anya Seton and this sparked off my interest in this genre.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner to thank all of you for the warm welcome. My engineering company has decided to add me to the Procurement department as an expediter so I've been struggling to keep my head above water this week. I've been niched as a technical writer for so many years, my brain is protesting being slung out of its accustomed groves. Ugh! Anyway, survived the first week and decided to treat myself to a ready sort of a day. So, I'll be drifting through the posts looking for good recommendations. Talk to you'all soon.
