Freebie: Last Romanov by Dora Levy Mossanen - I think this is young adult? It's also listed by a few people on Goodreads as Paranormal but that may just be the involvement of Rasputin, who doesn't sound heavily featured.

There are paranormal elements, at least as far as I got with it. I wouldn't classify it as historical. I had the ARC from Net Galley, but bailed after 150 or so pages.
