Failed Memory

Post by Rowan » Mon September 29th, 2008, 3:58 pm

Okay yesterday evening I was in line at B&N and was browsing through a table of books when I saw one called (I think) The Last Queen. It's about Catherine Parr. Does anyone recognise this title? I would've spent more time looking at it but the line was moving along...

The Last Queen (a wonderful novel) is about "Juana la loca" and is written by Christopher Gortner. Are you sure it was about Catherine Parr? If so, you might be talking about The Last Wife of Henry VIII: A Novel by Carolly Erickson.

That second title might be it because I know it was about Catherine Parr. I read the little bit about how she was the least known and most clever of his wives.
