I bit the bullet and ordered "To Defy a King" on kindle. I'm reading "The Scarlet Lion" at the moment.

Saw a nice copy of Gabaldon's "Cross Stitch" (aka Outlander) in a discount bookshop and thought I'd treat myself to a new copy.

so after working way too many hours the last few weeks I played hookie today. After lunch I went to my favorite little used bookstore in Downtown Claremore and bought several little gems, keep in mind I'm going through a historical romance phase....

Thorn of Love, Robin Lee Hatcher
Creole Love, Kat Martin
Lady Vixen, Shirlee Busbee
Chance the Winds of Fortune, Laurie McBain
Gypsy Lord, Kat Martin

also got a couple HF...

The Queens Governess, Karen Harper
Roma Victrix, Russell Whitfield

and to think it was only the first I store I've gone to yet, lol.

Did it ever come out in hardcover? In the states it was only in paperback.
