Feeling down and sorry for yourself?

I've had a pretty rough time of it over the last few months, feeling pretty down and sorry for myself. This morning I found this short, but utterly moving and compelling video, which has helped me to take a different view on my life - the positive things that make life so good and to see that I am really a very lucky guy!
