Historical Fiction E-Publishers?

Post by oldhousejunkie » Thu August 25th, 2011, 9:10 pm

Has anyone heard of a reputable e-publisher (or two) who will do historical fiction?

I'm not quite to the point where I want to go through the hoops to self-publish myself (at least, not yet), so I'm starting to investigate e-publishers instead. I feel like the quality of my book is good, but the era (American Civil War/Victorian England...ay, yi, yi!) is not in demand right now, thus agents aren't interested. I have a blog and a Facebook presence, so I could get out there and do the promo, but I would kind of like a publisher behind me.

Any thoughts are welcome!
I blog about all things writing and historical at Caroline Wilson Writes!

I'm also on Facebook, Twitter, and Goodreads!

Now Available: "Rebel Heart," a romantic historical fiction set in Civil War America and Victorian England.

Available at Amazon
