I didn't know they had made a film of this.
I'm not sure how I feel about it. I loved the TV serial so much and watch it even though I still have it on VHS when I have an awful lot of ironing to do it.
But that was six-hours' worth and fitting it into only a couple of hours might not work.
I hope like Alec Guiness that Gary Oldman can "act fat".
