Need help pronouncing Vietnamese name

Post by TeralynPilgrim » Tue July 19th, 2011, 1:19 pm

Triệu Thị Trinh

I don't know why I care because people only see it and can pronounce it however they want, but I care anyway.

I could use help with another name: I have a character named Thalestris, and I'm trying to come up with a nickname for her. I'm thinking Thaly, or Thaley. Do you think it sounds better as Th-au-lee, or Th-ay-lee?

Thanks for your help!
