LoveHistory is it available in print on Amazon.com, etc. It should be available now everywhere, hopefully.

Is it available in print in the US?
Powell's Books has a bunch of copies. Looks like they ship from a U.S. warehouse, because they're eligible for the free shipping deal. Powell's has reorganized their shipping charges - they have a flat rate of $3.99 shipping now whether you order one book or a bunch of books, with free shipping for orders over $50.

The Book Depository USA and UK have it in print too. Hopefully, it's everywhere now and easy to get. Do shop around though for best price. :)
