Now here's a Princess dress I really do like
I guess I'm too Victorian. OMG that naughty dress should be worn in the bedroom only! And I don't care if she has some dumb swimsuit or somthing under it. I don't see th epoint, other than to be vulgar and to be an attention whore.

I agree that they suit the Queen perfectly, but I do think of them as Her Majesty's flowerpotsOn a different note....... in the pictures of Queen E I've seen recently, she's usually shown wearing a top hat style of hat. I love it! I think it shows a nice bit of flair and style (definitely not boring or frumpish) while still being totally appropriate for her age.

Do youthink the queen could wear something a bit more youngish...or a different style of hat or do you think it would look too strange on her.

I really like this style of hat on her. I think it has enough flair to not be boring or frumpish (especially with the feathers!), but doesn't look inappropriate for her age.
I love the vibrant purple, too. I just saw a picture of her online today in red. I like that she's branching out from her typical pastels into brighter colors. They look good with her white hair.
The angle of this photo is not flattering to her, though.
