Yes, that bit threw me. I think they've changed the order of some things happening but it's obviously to condense it into so many episodes.
Yes I reckon so.

That bit also threw me and I had to wind back the tape and watch it again. With all the darkness and facial hair I didn't recognise him straightaway

I have to wait another week!!! Whaaaaaa   :( :D

Bec :)
You're lucky you only have to wait a week. In the Uk, we often have to wait at least 6 months before a US show is screened here, which is why I can't believe we only have to wait 1 day for this one :D Not that I'm gloating ;)

We have to wait 6 months to see the next season of Downton Abbey if that is any consolation.

We have to wait 6-8 months for most of the big US shows - the CSIs, Desperate Housewives, True Blood, Dexter, even if they're shown only on satellite/cable, although they are up to date with the Law and Orders, Castle etc. Terrestrial TV is about 4 years behind with Law and Order SVU. So I guess it works both ways. Sorry!

Madeleine: "You're lucky you only have to wait a week. In the Uk, we often have to wait at least 6 months before a US show is screened here..."

We get many of the shows but I wont watch normal TV channels because of the mother load of adverts. Here you watch 10 mins of the actual show and then get approx 8 adverts before the program resumes...But what is slowing up is the DVD releases. I am waiting for word on Revenge(with Madeleine Stowe) Homeland(Damien Lewis) Damages S 4(I have NO idea when that is released)...I can't wait for Downtown Abbey and Merlin to be released(I know they're probably shooting it). Oh and the Vampire Diaries(Due out in Sept) and I also have to wait for the second season of Mrs Browns Boys(the show is hilarious!).

I just hope here in Aussie we don't have to wait an entire year for GOT S 2 to be released on DVD!...Trying to get something sent down under is like asking Nasa to fly to the moon! It is so frustrating.

But anyway I am counting down the days to GOT Tuesday. :D

Off topic here....Wouldn't Richard Madden play a brilliant Robert the Bruce! :D
Bec :) PS: I am warming up my toy helicopter Brenna Bawhahhhhh!!!

There are loads of adverts inbetween Game of Thrones in the UK! A real pain! It's best if it's recorded and then you can fast forward. They do tend to place adverts every 10 mins. In fact, sometimes when it's only just played the intro of credits!!!

Oh Bec, another Merlin fan! Series 4 finished at the end of last year, not sure if they've started on the fifth one yet. And they're just about to start on Series 3 of Downton.

I agree with Vanessa about the ads - there were lots of complaints when the last series of DA was shown as there were ads practically every 10 minutes; I'm afraid British TV is getting as bad as US TV with all the ad breaks. I tape most things and fast forward the ads.

Adverts is one of the reasons we went to pay TV...It got ridiculous and Vanessa is correct(it's the same here!) You see one show end and then comes the 10 adverts and YAY! Your show begins....Er...They show the opening and credits and yes BINGO! 8 adverts and then the show begins but only for about 8 mins and then YES more adverts!  and why are the adverts always LOUDER than the program?.....

Yep I am a big kid at heart and I love Merlin and I have the season 4 DVD box set and now I am waiting for the next season but that probably won't be till next year?(not sure) and I can't wait to see DA S 3...But I want Maggie to stay! It won't be the same without her.

Bec :)

Yup the ads are deafening, so if I'm watching something live then we often hit the "mute" button.
