Wow, ABC Cancels Two Famous Soap Operas

Post by SonjaMarie » Fri April 15th, 2011, 2:22 am

I haven't watched soaps for a long time but I was an unrepentant watcher of "General Hospital", "Days of Our Lives" and sometimes "All My Children". Today ABC canceled "All My Children" and "One Life To Live". My gosh what will Susan Lucci and the others do?! Do they have old soap opera actors homes?

Two staples (albeit forbidden ones) of my childhood. Thanks goodness Palmer Courtland and Asa Buchanan were already dead. This might have killed them.

Both soaps will now be online with cast and crew intact:

Ok, what about the old ladies who have no idea how to turn on a computer let alone watch anything on it?!
