Interest in HF: The first historical novel I read was Katherine by Anya Seton and this sparked off my interest in this genre.
Favourite HF book: Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell!

Glad you're sorted. The cover of the new edition reminds me fleetingly of The Lady's Slipper - it's the blue dress, only the dress on TLS is prettier - and the way the figure is sitting.

Oh my goodness, they are similar aren't they? Think TLS has slightly more colour in it, and as you say a slightly different pose, but at first glance they almost look the same!
