Congrats, Ben!! I have my dead-tree copy on order at my local indie and talked up the trilogy to the owner, so they'd order 'em all in. Looking forward to it; I have to read the second one first :)

I'm one of those in the states waiting for the ebooks to become available. The same thing happens at the Sony bookstore. There are books that can be purchased if you live in Canada, but not if you are a US resident.
