Preferred HF: I like a series the best - more to look forward to after one book ends. Masters of Rome, The Century Trilogy, & the Outlander series are some of my favorites.

It worked :) The Bibliotheca Alexandrina looks fantastic- I'd love to see it. I hope it didn't get damaged in the recent troubles. There's an article about it here:

Oh, I'm jealous! I blogged about the library several months ago in an article titled "Burning Books: What Really Happened to the Great Library of Alexandria." Alexandria is an enduring passion of mine. Enjoy the lecture!
