It doesn't rain but it pours.
The phone rang at 7 am. My mother in law.
Her husband, my husbands step father, passed away this morning without warning. My husband is a wreck with worry about his Mum.
We leave for Minnesota on Tuesday.
Terri

The Worst Thing Today
contemplating which author/book to buy. for some reason I can't use my B&N gift card online so I must use in store and well I feel the selection is some what limited. I don't want PG, they don't carry EC, I've bought the SKP's they have on shelf and they only have two titles for Norah Lofts which I bought last time. so whats a girl to do.
I'm sorry for all those of you who're having a bad time.
I went to the dentist yesterday. Nothing wrong with my teeth but I had them cleaned and that left my mouth sore - so I came out feeling worse than when I went in.
Libby, you have my sympathy - the last dental hygienist I had was a total butcher, she hacked away at my gums and then announced that the reason they were bleeding a lot was because of all the plaque building up! I said it might just be because she'd been stabbing them with a pointed object for the last 20 minutes - the previous hygienists were never like her including the one I went to when I hadn't been to the dentist for several years and who had to remove all the detritus from when I had a brace on my teeth years ago! Needless to say last time I had to get them scaled I got my dentist to do it - and he was brilliant!
Terri, so sorry to hear of your loss, condolences to all your family.
