Thanks, all! He's out now, with a clean bill of health - they don't know what happened but it's not his heart. Now we can get on with Christmas, a day late.

Good news Ariadne and DL you take care of yourself. Although hearing "summer cold" sounds a bit odd to this northerner :)

Misfit: I've actually had summer colds here in the Puget Sound. Of course my immune system was never very strong. I had some weird arse viruses as a child and teen.

SM, I get summer colds too, I just had to take a quick step back before I realized it is summer for DL and others on the other side of the hemisphere :) :o
