[quote=""SonjaMarie""]I'm in the ER at Harborview in Seattle W/mom, she fell and hit her head, the EMTs were concerned cause they don't have the kind of equipment the hospital has on the island in case it was something bas. We'll still waiting for some tests, the waiting is a pain, even more so cause I have a migraine. Sigh!

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope she is okay.

My mother says stop making decisions for people.
For me. I'm trying theonline dating thing. Uh, its worse than I thought. The one guy I find attractive hasn't responded back to one of my requests. However, I have a line of dogs waiting. Typical. I'm disheartened.

Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

It means that I am projecting my thoughts on them when they probably aren't thinking that at all.

Hoping all will be well with your mother *and you* ...
My neck and back are still stiff and very sore, but that's less annoying than the prospects for tomorrow, of dealing with the insurance company rep for the other driver, and (I can only *hope*) dropping off my car and getting a rental. With snow coming down at a good pace, if I can't do this tomorrow (work holiday), it's going to cut into my time off bank.
Bored out of my mind, sitting here all by myself for two solid days. Siddy-pup is wonderful, but even she's sick of me by now.

Thanks all, they didn't find anything majorly wrong, just a brain contusion and a strained back. She needs to rest and see our main clinic for a check up in a few days.
We didn't get back home til 11pm something, thankfully the Fire Depart came back for us at the ferry.

I don't know how old you are, Divia, but I didn't meet my husband until I was 30. We got married when I was 34 and our daughter came along a year or so later. A friend of mine who is in her 50s has just started seeing someone and is acting like a teenager! LOL. All starry eyed! So, you never know what is round the corner. You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your handsome prince (and I've kissed a lot of frogs!!
)
That special someone is out there somewhere and he will turn up when you are not looking for him. Honestly!
