No snow (and I pray that we don't have any or if we must, nothing like last Dec!!), it is however freaking cold around here! At least we have heat this year, but I always worry and stress about pipes freezing and do what I can to help mitigate the chances of that happening!

I hope that does not happen Nona. Try to keep your chin up!

Here, we have had our first snowstorm of the season. I woke up to snow with freezing rain - quite slippery. I know that I live in Canada and should be used to snow every winter, but I still whine every time we go through this. :o

grrr.

My brother is coming home for the first time in 3 years. Yay. However now I find out that our traditional X mas eve family get together isnt happening. AHHHH. It's been tradition since I was a kid. I am not amused.

Instead I have to work all day, go to my aunts and then hang out there on Wed. I don't want to do that. That's not fun for me. WTH. I'll be tired from working and we won't get there till after 6. So we stay for what...3 hours? Lame.

I'm really upset about this.

well I had a meeting with the Vice President yesterday about my situation and basicly he said I'm sol, so it's offical I predict by the end of Jan or early Feb I will be one of the many in the unemployment line.

All this because my boss took a dislike to me, granted I voiced my opinion at the wrong time and maybe not in the best way. Oh well, not much can do.

thank you and yes I'm glad I'll make it till after the holidays. I'm not really worried, it's one of those jobs where you only stay for the money and everyone eventually leaves, I'm actually looking forward to it since it gives me the time to go back to school.

Sorry to hear about your turn of events, but EC maybe right. It could be a good thing.
