Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award entry

Post by writerinthenorth » Mon March 28th, 2011, 5:26 pm

Someone asked me if you need to own a Kindle to read the extract. The simple answer is no.

If you don't have a Kindle, you can download a free thing from Amazon called Kindle for your PC, which allows you to read Kindle stuff on your computer - it's very quick and easy to load.

The link is http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/r ... 1000426311

Alternatively you can go to my blog posting on the subject and read the extract there , then simply put your customer review on the Amazon site without downloading the extract.

Here's the link to the blog posting.

Many thanks.

Slightly OT from the OP, but I thought I'd share this anyway. Apparently there's an I-petition for Amazon to *clean up* this contest. Coming from the Vine side of this little party I have a lot to say, but I really need to work now :o

Just to give you an update on my novel 'Mr Stephenson's Regret', a semi-finalist in this year's Amazon Award: Wild Wolf is to publish my novel in the spring of 2012. I'll announce it here when I have a specific launch date.
