The dog/wolf in that picture is great; there is some hilariously funny caption about it buried in my brain that just won't come to the surface. I'm sure others will come up with some great ones, though.
Have to admit I was stumped at first. Then I read the entries already in the comments and figured there wasn't much point in my trying...but I did anyway.
You know, it almost looks like the souls of dead piranhas are floating up away from that river. I think it's supposed to be a water sprite rising up to embrace him. Not sure why the fish are there.
