Thanks for link! Looks gritty. I hope they don't add all the spewing blood in the fight scenes like they did in Spartacus.

I am such a sucker for anything medieval so I'm sure I'll give it a shot. That and the Game of Thrones show on HBO that starts in July, I think?

Did the first episode recently air in the US? Because originally I read it would start in April but apparently the first one just aired on Friday?

Did anyone catch it?

I found the 'sneak preview' which I haven't yet watched but looks to be an actual first episode here: http://www.starz.com/Originals/Camelot/ ... episode-1/

It was on Friday after the finale of the Spartacus mini season - at first I didn't realize it was going to be the whole first episode. We enjoyed watching it (no spewing slow motion blood like on Spartacus so far!!) and I think the guy playing Arthur is a little cutie (too young for me, but a cutie just the same!).

I liked it. Arthur was cute but Merlin wasn't anything I've ever thought him to look.
Is the next episode coming in April? I'm little confused.

Friday's showing was just a "sneak peek" and at the end of the episode it indicated the 2 hour premiere (probably the first and second episodes) would air in April.

I wasn't expecting Joseph Fiennes (sp?) as Merlin either but I think it can work.

Yeah--I'm not sure about either Arthur or Merlin. Or Morgan for that matter, though Eva Green plays her perfectly as a very bad person. I've just never liked Green much in anything she's been in. But then, she always plays characters who are morally compromised.
