Just ordered Fate and Fortune by Shirley McKay, 2nd in the Hew Cullan mystery series, from amazon marketplace.

LOL! Most were paperbacks and I always pack light so I can haul stuff home. Was still a hair under the weight limit.

I noticed that some of these are going very cheap on Kindle. Are they any good?

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

I don't know, I haven't read the first one yet! :rolleyes: :o Found a reasonably priced used copy on amazon marketplace, from a company I've bought from a lot, and which donate to charity for every purchase.
