Today bought:

Hell Gate by Linda Fairstein (modern US crime)
I Think I Love You by Alison Pearson (modern fiction, not really HF but part of it does go back to the David Cassidy era, so you could say it's got a bit of history!)
Currently reading "Murder before Evensong" by Rev Richard Coles

Recently purchased... Cleopatra and Anthony by Diana Preston
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

I got TheLogge Register of PCC Wills, 1479-1486. Two volumes of medieval English wills; great fun to leaf through.

That is not cool! What a way to start a day. Sorry to hear that. Only us true book-aholics would truly appreciate that horrific this can be :o
