"Guardian" Style Guide

Post by annis » Mon December 20th, 2010, 5:25 pm

I just discovered that the arbiter of writing style, The Guardian Style Guide, is now available in downloadable PDF format. This is not the very latest version, but still useful.

Oops, I'm sure I wrote amidst somewhere not long ago- that's apparently out!

You can still buy TGSG as a book, but at UK£20.00 plus p&p, it's not cheap.

The library recently added the Oxford English Dictionary Online as a free resource option for library users (hurray), so now I've really got no excuse for getting it wrong.
