RIP Blake Edwards

Post by SonjaMarie » Thu December 16th, 2010, 9:31 pm

Blake was not an actor but a very famous director of famous movies ("Breakfast at Tiffany's," "10" and the "Pink Panther", among others) and the husband of Julie Andrews. He was 88. What an awful time of the year to lose a loved one. Any time of the year is bad, but around the holidays just seems crueler. Poor Julie, RIP Blake!

My heart goes out to Julie and the family. He was a wonderful director.

Oh I agree with both those sentiments. Wasn't he the director for the Pink Panther movies? And I loved what he did with Julie in that film which name I forget wherein she got to bare her breasts.

Yes he did direct the original Pink Panther films.

Re the topless JA: was that Hawaii? Or did she wear a bikini in that one?

She shows her breasts in "SOB", I've never seen it myself.
