Jay Leno often does segments about stupid calls to law enforcements, I wonder if this will show up on his show in the future!

The call was ridiculous, but at the same time I can't help wondering who on earth would steal a snowman? I could see someone taking the pounds and the teaspoons maybe, but a whole snowman?
