Interesting. I can pick out most of them from the original series but not all. Drawing a blank on the older lady in the background. My first guess on the odd-duck in the background is Willie Loomis.

Harm has my EW it's in, so I'll post later who it is.
If it's set in early 70s, why does Angelique look like she's in more modern clothes? Maybe that's what the snippet meant by time travel.

Angelique pops up in just about every time period (and I'm almost done watching the series. She was married to Roger under another name and with a dark wig in the 1970's episodes.

Oh I see! Ok now the clothes make more sense!
The woman you couldn't identify is an actress, in her first movie apparently, named Ray Shirley, she plays "Mrs. Johnson". Is there a character named that in the series?
As I've mentioned before my sister was named after Angelique because mom was a fan of the show.

Mrs. Johnson is the housekeeper in the 1970 storylines. The other one I'm confused about are the blondes to the back left. The one standing by the young boy (David Collins I assume) has the flippy hairstyle of Carolyn Stoddard, but she's much younger and too prissy looking with that outfit to work well unless they've really changed her. The blonde further to the left looks quite a lot like the actress who played Carolyn. There were two young girls who did live at the house, the first I think was Amy (her brother Chris was a werewolf). I'm drawing a blank on the name of the second girl, but she came on very very late in the series.
