RIP Tom Bosley

Post by SonjaMarie » Tue October 19th, 2010, 8:28 pm

Tom has died at the age of 83. I will always remember him from "Happy Days" and "Murder, She Wrote" and those GLAD bag commercials, may he rest in peace!

Yes, I watched that as well, but it wasn't as big in my life as the other two, "Murder" the most.

They still show Father Dowling and Murder She Wrote pretty regularly over here, even on terrestrial channels. I used to love Happy Days and he'll always be Richie's dad to me!

He was one of those often unappreciated actors with a delightful but understated comic touch with great timing.
