While I was in Croatia's Dalmatian coast, I was struck by the impressive architecture and interiors of the churches in each of the towns we visited. St. Lawrence Cathedral in Trogir was just stunning.
Since medieval times, Croatia has had the privilege of celebrating Mass in the vernacular language by papal approval.
