Okay, I've seen it on other forums and I'm sure there's a way to do it... just can't find it here. When you make a post on a thread that's long and it reloads to show you your post... there should be a little button to shoot you to the top of the screen so you can better navigate.

Follow that link and look at the bottom of the very first post, though it appears on all of them. On the left side there's a tiny button that says Top! and then beside that, Report.
