Marion Zimmer Bradley's The Firebrand is kind of fantasy about the Trojan War.

I've not read these but how about some Roberta Gellis such as Bull God on the Minotaur/Crete, or some Poul Anderson, such as the King of Ys series starting with Roma Mater?
