Ha- Jay Scotland is John Jakes' alter-ego. I have a copy of JJ as JS' Veils of Salome sitting on my TBR pile. Definitely another Maidenform moment :)

Whoo-hoo! I'm in the lead coming down the stretch! Heh.

I have a great idea for the next one... we touched on it a little in the original Cheesy Covers thread but it cries out for captions. And I happen to actually own the original book so I can make a nice scan.

(Drum roll, please...)

...by a landslide: Elizabeth with "I dreamed I was Joan of Arc, in my Maidenform bra."

Congratulations and I'm sure we're all looking forward to your cover in the next round!

Thanks to everyone who contributed and voted! :D
